3D printing service in Berlin.

Prototypes, small batches and custom parts using FDM, SLA and SLS. From CAD to the finished component, all from one workshop in Berlin, Germany. Express production within 24 hours on request.

No CAD file? A sketch, a photo or a description is enough. We build the 3D model for you.

3D printed parts from a small production batch
What we do

Everything under one roof: CAD to finished part

We support your project end to end: rapid prototyping, engineering and design, production and finishing.

FDM 3D printer at work

FDM 3D printing

Sturdy plastic parts in PLA, ABS, PETG, nylon and carbon composites. Ideal for rapid prototyping, architectural models and load-bearing functional parts.

SLA 3D printer with a resin model

SLA 3D printing

The highest level of detail for visual models, jewellery masters and transparent functional parts.

SLS 3D printer with a powder bed

SLS 3D printing

Industrial-grade parts from nylon powder, with no support structures. High strength, ideal for complex geometries.

Engineering & CAD

Only have a sketch or a broken original? We build the matching 3D model and prepare it for production.

3D printed parts from small batch production

Small batch production

Economical quantities without tooling costs, from first article to repeat orders. Express production in 24 hours on request.

Three technologies

The right process for every part

FDM, SLA and SLS each have their own strengths. We recommend the process that fits your part and your budget.

FDM

Fused Deposition Modeling

SLA

Stereolithography

SLS

Selective Laser Sintering

How it works Filament is deposited layer by layer A UV laser cures liquid resin A laser sinters plastic powder
Level of detail Good, layers slightly visible Very high, finest structures High, even surface
Surface finish Visible layer lines, can be post-processed Smooth, polishable, transparent possible Slightly porous, matte finish
Strength High, depending on direction Medium, rather brittle Very high in all directions
Build volume Very generous Limited, rather compact parts Generous, the entire powder bed is usable
Materials PLA, ABS, PETG, nylon, carbon composites Standard, high-temperature, transparent and flexible resins PA12, PA11 or glass-filled nylon
Support structures Required for overhangs Required, removable Not needed, the powder supports itself
Cost level Low Medium Higher (pays off from small series upwards)
Typical use Functional parts, prototypes, tooling, spare parts, architectural models Visual models, jewellery, miniatures End-use parts, functional components, small batches

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We are based in Berlin, Germany, correspond in English and ship worldwide. Quotes, invoices and technical feedback are all available in English.

STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, IGES, FBX and most other common 3D and CAD formats. Images and PDFs work too. If you have no 3D data at all, a sketch, photo or written description is enough, we create the CAD model for you.

We respond promptly with a quote including price and delivery date. If a part is urgent, express production within 24 hours is available on request.

You do not have to decide. Tell us what the part has to do, how it will be loaded and how it should look, and we recommend the process and material. The comparison table above gives you a first orientation.

No. A single part is just as welcome as a repeat batch. Because 3D printing needs no tooling, small quantities stay economical.
